Domestic Shipping Terms and Conditions
1. Shipping Types
For shipping your orders in Italy we use the following delivery methods, chosen to ensure efficiency and traceability:

Posta 1 Pro (for small parcels):
- Delivery time: 1-3 working days from the departure of the package.
- Delivery method: Delivered to your mailbox or by hand.
- Tracking: Two-dimensional tracking code with delivery status.

SDA Courier (Poste Italiane) (for medium and large parcels):
- Delivery time: 1-3 working days from the departure of the package.
- Delivery method: Hand delivered directly to the recipient.
- Tracking: Full tracking code with detailed updates on the status of your shipment.
The delivery times indicated refer to working days and start from the moment of shipment, not from the order date.

2. Processing Times
Many of our products are handcrafted especially for you.
- Production time: 24-72 working hours from receipt of order.
- Shipping: The order will be shipped immediately after production.
3. Delivery Responsibility
- Transfer of risk: In accordance with art. 63 of the Consumer Code , the risk of loss or damage to the goods is transferred to the customer only upon physical delivery of the product.
- Delivery Issues: In the event of delays, loss or damage during transport, please contact our customer service. We are committed to providing assistance in managing the matter with the courier and, if necessary, evaluating a refund or replacement of the product.
4. Acceptance of the Conditions
By placing an order on our site, the customer declares that he has read, understood and accepted these national shipping conditions.
International Shipping Terms and Conditions
1. International Shipping Types
We offer different shipping options to ensure efficiency and traceability based on the destination country:
Shipments to European Union (EU) countries

DHL Courier TWS:
- Delivery times: Varies depending on the destination country (generally 2-5 working days, see below).

Delivery Method: Hand delivered directly to the recipient or according to local regulations.
- Tracking: Complete tracking code to monitor every stage of the shipment.
Shipments to non-EU countries
We offer two shipping options via Poste Italiane :

Standard Shipping – Postapriority International:
- Delivery times: Varies depending on the destination country (see below).
- Delivery method: Delivery handled by local postal service after arrival at Milan customs.

Tracking: Tracking up to Milan (Italy) customs. After this point, the delivery will no longer be trackable on the Poste Italiane system.

Full Shipment – International Registered Mail:
- Delivery times: Varies depending on the destination country (see below).

Delivery Method: Delivered by hand directly to the recipient, via post box or according to local regulations.
- Tracking: Full international tracking code to monitor every stage of the shipment until final delivery.

3. Transfer of Risk
- For Complete Shipment (International Registered Mail and DHL TWS): The risk of loss or damage to the goods remains with the seller until physical delivery of the product to the customer, in accordance with art. 63 of the Consumer Code .
- For Standard Shipping (Postapriority International): The risk is transferred to the customer when the package is delivered to Milan customs, only if this method has been consciously chosen by the customer from the available options.
4. Seller's Responsibility
In case of loss or damage of the goods:
- Before delivery to Milan customs (Standard Shipping) or before delivery to the customer (International Registered Mail and DHL TWS): The seller will provide assistance for any complaints to the courier and, if necessary, will proceed with a refund or a new shipment.
- Any customs costs, import taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer and vary according to the regulations of the destination country.
5. Acceptance of the Conditions
By placing an order on our site, the customer declares to have read, understood and accepted these international shipping conditions, including awareness of the differences between the available shipping methods.
6. Post-Shipping Assistance
Even for shipments with limited tracking at Milan customs, we offer assistance in providing information on the status of the package up to the registered point of arrival. However, any issues relating to customs management or final delivery abroad are the responsibility of the local postal and customs services.
Delivery Times for International Shipments
Estimated delivery times for international shipments refer to working days from the date of departure of the package (excluding Saturdays and holidays) and are calculated based on the average performance of the service, with a coverage of 85% of shipments.
1. Shipments to Europe
- Delivery time: 3 working days.
- Coverage: 85% of shipments are delivered within these times.
2. Shipments to the Mediterranean Basin
- Delivery time: 4-5 working days.
- Coverage: 85% of shipments are delivered within these times.
3. Shipments to North America
- Delivery time: 5-6 working days.
- Coverage: 85% of shipments are delivered within these times.
4. Shipments to the Rest of the Americas, Asia and Oceania
- Delivery time: 7-8 working days.
- Coverage: 85% of shipments are delivered within these times.
5. Shipments to Other African Countries
- Delivery time: 8-9 working days.
- Coverage: 85% of shipments are delivered within these times.
Important Note:
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on:
- Any customs delays or security checks;
- Specific logistics conditions of the destination country;
- High season periods or local holidays.
